Corporate Secretarial Executive Position in Malaysia

Academic Qualifications

Possess CS/LLB or ICSA qualification

Job Responsibilities

  • Familiar with Incorporation of Malaysia Private Limited Company
  • Familiar with SSM Biz-filing requirements
  • Good organising & coordinating skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Possess initiative, pleasant personality & team player

Requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
  • Updating & maintaining statutory registers & records
  • Preparing board resolutions and minutes
  • Preparing & filing of forms with SSM and stamping of transfer forms
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Meeting clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in English; able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with minority Chinese speaking clients)
  • Able to work independently and under stress
  • A can-do attitude that takes initiative and thrives in a start-up environment
  • Ability to pay attention to detail, work to tight deadlines and multi task
  • Should be looking for a long term career prospect
