Admin Executive Position in Malaysia
- Able to deal with English and Chinese speaking clients
- Provide administrative support to the department’s operations
- Answering phone calls and email enquiries
- Updating records and processing letters
- Other ad hoc duties
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese (both oral and written) to liaise with chinese speaking client and associate
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Meticulous and keen eye for details
- Able to start work immediately / short notice
