At 3E Accounting, we believe progress comes from constantly challenging ourselves. Thus, we set up our very own Digital Research and Development (R&D) team, an industry first. We believe that Digital R&D is not merely the preserve of big corporations, but an enabler for far-sighted firms to race ahead of the innovation curve, achieve higher productivity and work-life harmony, while staying competitive and compliant with stringent regulatory requirements. Staffed with experts and IT specialists, our new Digital R&D team will focus on development in the new growth areas of Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. The team will also formulate the Digital Masterplan to engineer the digital transformation of the business.
Our mobile app, Malaysia’s first same-day appointment making app by an Accounting Entity was the first milestone achievement by the Digital R&D team. The insight that customers demand a seamless customer digital experience anytime, anywhere, underscored the development of the 3E Accounting mobile app. The mobile app strikes the right note by providing a seamless digital experience. For example, the app allows same-day appointment scheduling rather than appointment scheduling in advance. The app is appealing due to its simple and intuitive layout, responsive navigation, and easy-to-use interface. The 3E Accounting mobile app is more than just a business app, it is our commitment to create and enhance the digital relationship with our customers.
Budget 2020
Budget 2020 is likely to focus on more support for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and increased infrastructure spending, many analysts predicted. More government infrastructure projects will help to spur construction activity. Job creation is another likely key focus of Budget 2020, with priority given to creating more jobs to reduce unemployment as well as help small businesses given the uncertain global outlook.
Free Trade Zone
Meanwhile, the Negri Sembilan state government has submitted a request to set up a free trade zone in the sprawling Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV 2.0) new growth area. Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun is positive that the creation of such a zone would catalyse the economic growth in the state.
